Other programmes

In addition to schemes of assistance for SMEs and owners of apartment buildings, ČMZRB has designed special loan programmes in support of Czech municipalities.

Currently, two programmes - OBEC 2 and MUFIS 2 - have been launched as a follow-up of the OBEC (Municipality) and MUFIS programmes that were successfully used in previous years. Within these facilities, long-term loans are available to help financing of specific projects focused on improving the infrastructure of towns and municipalities, particularly water supply and waste water treatment.
