ČMZRB participates in the implementation of the NOVÝ PANEL programme launched by the State Fund of Housing Development in support of reconstruction and refurbishment of specific apartment houses with the aim to improve their quality and lifetime.

Assistance general characteristics

Beneficiaries: owners or co-owners of eligible houses (natural persons or legal entities complying with the Czech Housing Act No. 72/1994 Col., as amended).

Eligible houses: apartment houses located on the territory of the Czech Republic, with more than 3 flats, meeting all programme conditions.

Type of support granted by ČMZRB:

• Subsidized guarantee for loans of other banks provided in order to finance eligible houses reconstruction.
  • Guarantee rate: up to 80 % of the outstanding loan principal.
  • Price paid by the client: 0.1 % p. a. or 0.3 % of the guaranteed amount, depending on the type of the guarantee.
• Grant to reduce loan interests payment
  • The grant helps to partially cover the total sum of interests paid on loan by reducing the interest rate (stipulated in the loan agreement) by 2.5 – 4 percent points, depending on the type of reconstruction realized.
