CMZR Bank's main activities
Assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises:
SMEs are supported by:
- bank guarantees,
- preferential loans.
CMZR Bank acts as the manager of loan and guarantee schemes funded from structural funds (ERDF), state budget, regional budget and, in case of loan facilities, also through CMZRB's co- financing. All schemes are included in the Operational programme Enterprise and Innovation (OPEI).
Regeneration of apartment houses
The loans provided by commercial banks for financing of regeneration of apartment houses, especially panel-block apartment houses, are supported by guarantees within the NOVÝ PANEL programme.
Urban development
Municipal infrastructure development is supported by loans within programmes funded from credit lines provided by renowned international financial institutions and from other long-term revolving national financial facilities.
CMZR Bank also acts as the manager of the Urban Development Fund in the Moravia - Silesia region which has been established as a part the JESSICA initiative managed by the EIB acting as the holding find manager.
