2007 - 2013 outlook
CMZR Bank’s position in the EU programming period 2007 – 2013
Responsibilities
- Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) keeps the position of managing authority, programmes administrator and the author of the individual programmes conditions.

CMZRB goes on as support provider and manager of loan an guarantee schemes generated using the resources allocated from structural funds, state budget, and, in case of loan facilities, also with CMZRB’s financial participation.
Programme framework
- Within the new programming and budgetary period CMZRB is going to be involved in the implementation of the Operational programme Enterprise and Innovation (OPEI) scheduled by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
- In addition, specific programmes are being prepared based on regional co-operation agreements, financed from national resources only.

- Housing sector - guarantees for loans provided in order to finance specific apartment houses, especially panel-block apartment houses rehabilitation (please see the NOVÝ PANEL programme on the Housing Assistance page of this website).
